Job Details
Description :
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and address inquiries and needs
- Monitor and coach staff members to enhance the customer experience
- Provide leadership in delivering high levels of customer service and driving sales
- Conduct new employee orientations and train Store Associates
- Utilize company tools to diagnose opportunities and develop action plans to improve performance
- Communicate with management to discuss business trends and staff performance
- Assist in the hiring process and ensure company standards are met
- Coordinate merchandising and sales promotions while maintaining accurate pricing and signage
- Participate in continued education, product knowledge, and professional development
- Assist with inventory management and perform all duties as directed by managers
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to operate business machines and electronic devices
- The pay range for this position is $19.00-$22.00+ based on experience
