Description

Neurodiagnostic Technologist at St Vincent Medical Center, in Portland, OR.

Per Diem / Day Shift

Performs routine and complex electroencephalographic procedures that may include evoked potentials, intra-operative monitoring, EMU monitoring, cEEG and ambulatory video EEG.

Monitors placement of sphenoidal, grid, depth and strip electrodes. Assists with WADA testing and coritcol stimulation.

Required Qualifications :

  • Upon hire : National Certification from American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists
  • Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • One year : Full time experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Coursework / Training : Documented training in evoked potentials and intra-operative monitoring.
