We work across various industries globally and seeking a dynamic and experienced Environmental & Sustainability Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working within the construction industry. The successful candidate will receive direct support from and report to the ASafe Global Management.

Your Role :

  • Conduct sustainability assessments to evaluate current environmental practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sustainability plans to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable practices.
  • Create environmental plans to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize ecological footprint.
  • Monitor environmental performance and analyze data to track progress toward sustainability goals.
  • Develop waste management plans to minimize waste generation and promote recycling and reuse initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations.
  • Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on sustainability practices and initiatives.
  • Participate in environmental audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability projects and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed :

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in environmental management or sustainability roles.
  • Proficiency in sustainability assessments, environmental planning, and waste management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
  • Certification in environmental management or sustainability (optional but preferred).
