• We have an opening for a full time MAILROOM SUPERVISOR position.
• Location : SAP Labs - 3410 Hillview Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304 Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous supervisory experience and experience with shipping / receiving, computer skills, and software packages is required.
• Pay Range : $24.00 to $29.00

Job Summary

Oversees the movement, sorting, and distribution of mail at an assigned mail station.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Orders and controls all postal supplies and equipment.
• Processes all postal claims for assigned station.
• Performs all in-house postal training for assigned station.
• Supervises and operates the mail office in accordance with involved postal service’s standards.
• Implements and maintains a safe workplace program and ensures that safety is the highest priority.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
