Job Description :

The Area Manager will be responsible for the operation and success of multiple restaurant locations. Ensuring excellent product quality in addition to absolute guest satisfaction will be the priority as the Area Manager.

This position requires excellent communication and team building abilities. Our Area Manager is expected to be proactive in his / her restaurants to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as state regulations.

Leading by example and acting as a role model to the staff and management team is essential as our Area Manager. As the Area Manager, you will also be responsible for developing the management team and ensuring the integrity and financial success of the Regional locations.

This position will require customer interaction and travel on a regular basis.

Qualifications :

Three plus years of multi-unit management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the Area Manager

A requirement for the Area Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others

The Area Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results

Honesty, integrity and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Area Manager should possess

The Area Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
