At Pacific Lifestyle Homes , our Real Estate Analyst career plays a pivotal role in driving our strategic homebuilding goals by identifying, researching, and facilitating land purchases for both Pacific Lifestyle Homes and Garrette Custom Homes .

This full-time Real Estate Analyst position is dedicated to supporting our mission of creating exceptional communities and homes for our customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Property Identification - Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential properties for purchase, including both finished lots and unimproved land, and analyze their value and marketability for housing purposes.
  • Landowner Engagement - Proactively engage with landowners through various methods such as mailers and meetings to uncover opportunities for land acquisition.
  • Negotiation and Agreements - Negotiate land agreements and purchases in alignment with company objectives, meticulously documenting agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Strategic Relationship Development - Cultivate positive business relationships with strategic partners, including developers, landowners, public agencies, and realtors, fostering collaboration and communication to support successful land acquisition endeavors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, or accounting in residential real estate.
  • Ability to analyze trends and identify opportunities and threats in the real estate market.
  • Proven ability to initiate and work independently with confidence.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and logical decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
  • Effective organization, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing needs and eagerness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software for market analysis.
  • Continuous learning mindset with openness to coaching and improvement.
