Responsibilities
- Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Policy Recommendations : Design personalized insurance plans that align with each client's individual requirements.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth : Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios and increase policy sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirement
- Licensing : Active Kentucky, Ohio, or Indiana Property & Casualty License is preferred but not necessary.
- Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-Centric : A dedication to exceeding client expectations.
