Maintenance technician, URGENT 27+ / hour, Denison, TX

Job Description

• Perform duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to management.

Hard Skills

• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic aptitude
• Ability to change out a motor (480V)
• Experience working in a highly automated, production environment, preferably food and beverage manufacturing bg.
• Knowledge of conveyor systems, PLCs, automation
