Enhancement Specialist (Multi-Media)
Solis Applied Science is seeking a Multi-Media Specialist with a background in GEOINT related experience to provide interactive presentations to support GEOINT analysis.
Position is located in the Springfield, VA area.
- Develop graphics for diverse audiences including DoD, senior US and foreign government officials, and offices throughout the Intelligence Community
- Collaborate with analysts to identify requirements, then create and review visual communication products that accurately and effectively convey intelligence findings.
- Demonstrated product conceptualization experience (i.e. published analysis, journalism, marketing)
- Verify accuracy of content and provide clear, professional, and accurate feedback to authors and other visual information specialists regarding design and clarity.
- Advise analysts to coordinate with other offices within NGA that can assist them in their analysis (i.e. data scientists, analytic modelers, advanced visualization specialists)
- Work closely with other tradecraft specialties at NGA and across the IC as part of a cross-functional team.
- Manage production workflows and coordinate with other work roles to meet deadlines with high-quality products
- Develop and maintain a breadth and depth of understanding in key visualization subject areas including graphic design, data visualization, cartography, statistics, layout, visual hierarchy, topography, color, and composition
- Conduct draft reviews of products to ensure logical argumentation and adherence to NGA standards
- Use knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and other tools or databases to review graphics.
- Brief management and staff on project updates
Required Skills
- Active TS / SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
- May require to work flexible schedules which may require nights, weekends, and holiday work.
