job_description.job_card.job_descriptionIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the US IT services market (mid-to large enterprises) Generate leads through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and participation in industry conferences / events. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings across the US. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure monthly / quarterly sales targets are met. Understand client needs and collaborate with India-based solution and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Maintain CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reporting. 15+ years of experience in IT services sales with at least 4+ years focused on the US market. Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and meeting / exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of IT services delivery models, including offshore / onsite collaboration. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel across the US for client meetings and events. Ability to work independently while closely coordinating with offshore teams in India Existing network of CXO-level contacts in mid-to large enterprises. Experience in selling services in one or more of the following areas : Custom Product Development, AI / ML, Data Engineering Services or Cloud Services. Experience in selling IT services to one or more of the following industry verticals Healthcare, BFSI, Retail / CPG and Independent Software Vendors (ISV).
