Enterprising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Weekly Responsibilities
Client programs will be updated on a regular basis in Central Reach once mastery criteria of current goals have been achieved.
Maladaptive behavior data will be reviewed and analyzed on an ongoing basis to inform adjustments to behavior plans.
Analyze and complete monthly program updates for your clients' family and service providers with mastered goals and current goals your client is working on.
Update behavior intervention plans as needed based on current behavioral data. Obtain ongoing insurance authorizations for current clients.
BCBAs are responsible for the training and support of BTs and RBTs. Help guide the next generation of clinicians! Communicate any materials needed for your client sessions.
In accordance with Cardinal's mission of driving parent and caregiver partnership, and a parent focused approach to ABA, take a parent engagement focus to the ABA lifecycle to include :
Driving partnership and consent from initial assessment to ensure commitment and transparency and increasing frequency of parent training as Cardinal drives increases to approved hours from payors, as well as practice highly effective parent and caregiver communication.
