Responsibilities
- Manage billing, behavior plans, insurance authorizations, and assessments accurately and timely
- Oversee ABA Treatment Plans for Clients Ages 2-17
- Conduct Ongoing Supervision of RBTs on Their Implementation of ABA Procedures
- Implement Caregiver Training Programs for Families of All Backgrounds
- Complete Progress Reports for Clients as Required
- Conduct Skills and Behavioral Assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.)
- Engage in Multidisciplinary Collaboration with Other Service Professionals (SLP, OT, PT)
- Participate in school advocacy and IEP consulting
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
- Clear and Active BCBA License in the State of Arizona
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Skills in measurement, assessment, and behavior reduction
- Results-oriented and responsive to organizational needs
- Current CPR / First Aid Certification
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Reliable transportation
