Human Resources Business Partner

This position offers the unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution, ensuring that our workforce is aligned with the business's evolving needs.

This role is a hybrid role in Bethlehem, PA requiring two days in the office per week.

Key responsibilities of this position are :

  • Serve as a catalyst for change for the business areas supported. Formulate partnerships across the business to deliver value-added service to Just Born associates.
  • Equip leaders and teams with the tools to adapt to organizational changes by developing and implementing thorough strategies for personnel development.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, strategic initiatives, and succession planning.
  • Identify talent gaps, people needs, and training and development needs for business units supported.
  • Coach clients on best practices for leading their team and resolving employee relations issues.
  • Identify needs that may impede the execution of business strategies. Utilize these insights to pinpoint and address any shortcomings and steer initiatives in resourcing and talent development.
  • Works closely with the HR Centers of Excellence to ensure that the business needs are met. Also ensures that HR processes are implemented on time.

Qualifications for this position are :

  • Bachelor's degree : major in Human Resources is a plus.
  • 10-15 years of experience as an HR business partner or an HR Manager / Director.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Executive maturity and ability to balance support and challenge of senior leadership.
  • Experience in talent management is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of labor laws.
  • Collaborative, strategic and pays attention to detail.
