This role is a hybrid role in Bethlehem, PA requiring two days in the office per week.
Key responsibilities of this position are :
- Serve as a catalyst for change for the business areas supported. Formulate partnerships across the business to deliver value-added service to Just Born associates.
- Equip leaders and teams with the tools to adapt to organizational changes by developing and implementing thorough strategies for personnel development.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, strategic initiatives, and succession planning.
- Identify talent gaps, people needs, and training and development needs for business units supported.
- Coach clients on best practices for leading their team and resolving employee relations issues.
- Identify needs that may impede the execution of business strategies. Utilize these insights to pinpoint and address any shortcomings and steer initiatives in resourcing and talent development.
- Works closely with the HR Centers of Excellence to ensure that the business needs are met. Also ensures that HR processes are implemented on time.
Qualifications for this position are :
- Bachelor's degree : major in Human Resources is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience as an HR business partner or an HR Manager / Director.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Executive maturity and ability to balance support and challenge of senior leadership.
- Experience in talent management is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of labor laws.
- Collaborative, strategic and pays attention to detail.
