Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Contract Administrator III to be based in Oakland, CA .

JOB SUMMARY :

Provides complex program and project delivery to clients. The selected candidate will support various aspects of projects and programs to profitably deliver services and results that meet or exceed client requirements.

They will have advanced Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail and excellent Time Management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Help ensure that all contractual obligations are met by monitoring deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
  • Conduct regular audits and identify any potential risks.
  • Resolve any contract-related issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective communication with all parties involved.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of deliverables and timelines.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on statuses, compliance, and performance.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

BA / BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelors degree in Contract Management or related field from an accredited university
