Director of Surgical Services
Job Title : Director of Surgical Services and Interventional Radiology
Location : Mobile, AL
Responsibilities :
- Oversee clinical, administrative, and operational activities of surgical programs.
- Lead development and implementation of perioperative optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate policy, workflow management, and quality assurance in perioperative and sterile processing departments.
- Establish and maintain effective governance structures and staffing levels.
- Drive perioperative integration projects and collaborate with stakeholders for optimal patient care.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and 5+ years of supervisory experience in perioperative nursing.
- Current Alabama RN license or Multi-State RN License (NLC).
- Master's degree preferred.
Salary :
- 108,000 to 130,000 DOE
