The Director of Loyalty Strategy & Operations is responsible for managing the strategic development, execution, and optimization of the organization’s loyalty programs.

This role involves crafting innovative loyalty strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, overseeing the operational execution of these programs, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of loyalty initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Create strategies to launch new, industry-first loyalty program across Greystar's 3,500 properties
  • Manage cross-functional rollout of loyalty program enhancements
  • Develop business cases for new loyalty rewards and benefits
  • Partner with Client Services to craft pitch materials for property owners
  • Lead pilots of new features and benefits
  • Coordinate loyalty performance analysis across customer insights and analytics teams
  • Monitor competitive landscape for relevant opportunities to evolve the program
  • Liaise with external partners to optimize program

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and / or quarterly bonus based on budget.
