As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our custom homes are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities : -Oversee all phases of residential custom building projects from pre-construction to completion.-Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and maintain budgets, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Complete timely change orders and submit to management for approval prior to beginning any change order work.-Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues promptly.-Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and client expectations are met.

This includes impeccable and professional, clear written and spoken communication that always puts others first.-Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.-Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.Qualifications : -Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the residential construction industry, preferably with custom home building and remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.-Proficiency in project management software and tools - JobTread experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.-Must be tech-savvy, with proficiency in using a variety of software applications and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-Highly organized, with the ability to maintain thorough project documentation, project scheduling.

You must be able to juggle 5-10 jobs at any given time, with some help.-This position requires you to pass a mandatory background check.
