This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent. The individual will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his / her supervisor.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following :

The candidate selected will report to our Newport Beach, California office, but will need to be willing to travel to our Santa Fe Springs office on occasion (1-2 days per week).

Conserves Executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafts and edits letters and correspondences;

collects and analyzes information; initiates telecommunications.

  • Prepares summaries and / or reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing pertinent information relevant to the Executive’s appointments.
  • Maintains Executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Reviews, filters and responds to Executive’s phone calls and emails when possible; troubleshoots and redirects emails to others better suited to resolve issue(s).
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects company by keeping information confidential.
  • Organizes and maintains files and records.
  • Attend meetings to record notes and minutes, summarize action plans.
  • Office manager responsibilities for supplies and equipment.
  • Processes Executive’s business expenses and manages corporate American Express accounts.
  • Coordinates JetVan reservations.
  • Maintaining consistently high levels of Customer Satisfaction.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000 a year
