- Job Description Lead and manage the family law practice, including supervising attorneys and staff* Oversee case strategies from intake to resolution, focusing on complex divorce, custody, and support cases* Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations* Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and respond promptly to all client communications* Implement office policies, procedures, and financial management, including billing and collections* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss case progress and improve office performance Qualifications : *Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school* Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar* 8+ years of family law experience, including divorce, custody, and support* 2+ years in a managerial role, with experience leading a legal team* Strong litigation and courtroom experience* Excellent client communication and relationship management skills* Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a high caseload efficiently* Proficient in legal research and case management software Why is This a Great Opportunity :
