MSL Player Coach

In this role, you will lead Medical Science Liaisons, work with internal stakeholders, and build new collaborative relationships with medical and scientific leaders.

You'll contribute cutting-edge clinical and scientific data to help move healthcare forward and positively impact patients. You will :

• Lead, manage, develop, and coach a team Medical Science Liaisons
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key targets while developing a strong understanding of clinical practice
• Optimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer, and performance related to KOL / HCP interactions for self and team
• Work with cross-functional partners to support and direct the team on CRM operations, scientific insights and KOL / HCP scientific profiling and engagement strategy
• Oversee territory plan of action, training and congress planning

Requirements :

• MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 3+ years of experience as manager of field-based Medical Science Liaisons
• Cardiology experience required
• Experience working as a Medical Science Liaison within a hospital setting, specifically within ICU, CCU, or ED units
• Ability to develop and execute plans against objectives
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally
