Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Coordinate and manage logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are completed as per specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks in logistics and project delivery.
- Monitor KPIs to assess performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders regarding project progress and logistics performance.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management and project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and logistics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
