A typical day for you mayinclude :

Career Growth& Development : The development program lastsapproximately 12 months. Upon completion, you'll have an additionalsix months to advance into an Assistant Manager position.

You'llreceive training and 1-to-1 support and engage inmentorships.

  • Learn Operations Management : During the program, you'lllearn the business and industry, and build your skills bycontributing to financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory,quality, people, and facilitiesmanagement.
  • Contribute to Creating Life-Changing Medicines : Maintaining our exceptional quality and service standardsis key to creating life-changing medicines.

You'll develop theskills to meet production and cost goals while ensuring compliancewith regulations and BioLifeSOPs.

  • TravelOpportunities : Through our comprehensive travel package,you'll visit BioLife locations across the country. Build yournetwork while learning from BioLife team members at differentcenters.
  • Supportive Teamwork : Foster an inclusive team environmentwith a group of diverse individuals. Collaborate and communicatewith team members at all levels of theorganization.
  • Exceptional CustomerService : Create a positive donor experience and maintaindonor satisfaction. Assist with production asneeded.
  • Relocation : After completing the program and beingpromoted into a management position, you'll be required to relocateto one of BioLife's locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent amount of leadership experience (approximately3 years)
  • Experience with supervising teammembers including skills in coaching, developing and holdingperformance management conversations
  • Travelrequirements vary by program path.

o Up to 100% (100%Travel Path)

o Up to 75%-85% (Appleton, WI Based &Field Based Paths)

o Less than 10% (No TravelPath)

  • During program must live in thecontinental US. Must also live near a BioLife Plasma Serviceslocation or be willing to travelextensively.
  • Ability to walk and / or stand forthe entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings,weekends, and holidays
  • Have a valid driver'slicense for the entire duration of theprogram
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch,and reach above shoulders and belowknees
  • Ability to frequently lift to 32 lbs. andoccasionally 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination,depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from adistance
  • Due to potential exposure tobloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of work tasks requireprolonged glove wear

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience workingwith SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and theFDA
  • Experience working in a highly regulatedenvironment

U.S. Base Salary Range :

$52,800.00 - $72,600.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for thisposition . T he actual base salary offered may depend on a varietyof factors , including the qualifications of the individualapplicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specificand unique skills, level of education attained , certifications orother professional licenses held, and the location in which theapplicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.

The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state orlocal minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based e mployee s may be eligible for short -t erm and / or l ong- t erm incentiv e s . U.S. based employeesmay be eligible to participate in medical, dental , visioninsurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term andlong-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuitionreimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays,and well-being benefits, among others.
