GENERAL NATURE OF POSITION :
The Receiving Office Administrator will work closely with the Receiving Department leadership team in the performance of a wide range of administrative and operational tasks Including the hospital area and all inbound received at MVDC.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Supports the Receiving Team with administrative duties through excel data or HighJump. Maintains excellent service standards to other departments within the organization.
Interfaces with key staff by phone email or in person. Ensures all DC-Customer Support emails are responded to daily. Creates and runs ad hock reports as needed.
Researches issues and maintain audits. Cross trains in other departments such as Returns or Routing. Coordinates safety training for departments and ensures proper documentation is completed.

- Must be able to take responsibility and ownership of their work
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses a high degree of dependability and integrity
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of employees.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in Outlook
- Experience working effectively satisfying the needs of diverse constituents.
- Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter
- Experience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System) High Jump, is a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse related software.
