Job Summary
The office of Career and Professional Development (C&PD) is seeking a friendly, outgoing, organized, multitasker with Microsoft Office skills and experience in Symplicity, our job posting software, or the ability and desire to learn new systems.
Job duties will include triage of calls, emails and visitors to direct to appropriate advisor or resource, management of daily job posting and data entry in Symplicity, renewals of all subscriptions and job research resources, maintenance of student and alumni rosters, assisting in the management of on campus interviews(OCIs) and other C&PD programs and events by scheduling and setting up rooms, calendaring, sending student reminders, managing the summer hiring of students.
Qualifications High school diploma with at least 4 years or Bachelors degree and 1 year related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services;
or equivalency. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience working in Symplicity or the ability to learn new systems and software.
