Compliance / IT Controls Analyst

• Description : *
• Provide IT controls and audit expertise for IT Compliance focused on IT Operations, Security, Change Management, Access Account management, and Financial applications automated controls.
• Work with internal and external auditors to provide requested information for IT General Computer Controls testing.
• Monitor completion of action plans for issues identified during SOX and ICFR Assessment from internal and external audits
• Project management and organizational skills with strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
• Provide expertise in auditing applications, databases, and operating systems to facilitate ITGC testing
• Document IT controls including control objectives, control activities, test steps, to address risks.
• Extract requested Audit artifacts from SAP systems.
• Collaborate with IT Control Performers to document IT Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) requirements
• Participate in creating and updating policies, procedures, IT control narratives and controls documentation.
• Participate in performing IT Risk Assessments to ensure IT and information security risks are managed in compliance with NIST 800 rev 5 frameworks
• Perform Compliance monitoring controls to oversee the access removal, privileged access review, system configuration controls review and semi-annual user access recertification process.
• Collaborate with IT Control Owners to communicate audit and control findings and get status on remediation plan*Skills : *sox compliance, Cisa, Security, Internal control, sql, nist, sap, financial reporting*Additional Skills & Qualifications : *
• Track record demonstrating capability to perform ITGC SOX Testing.
• Strong knowledge of controls for SAP systems, Cloud systems, Active Directory, SQL databases and Linux systems preferred.
• Capability to understand how to extract necessary data from SAP systems.
• 3+ years' experience in leading IT compliance / IT audits and performing risk assessments in a multinational organization.

Experience with Big 4 Public Accounting firm in the United States preferred.

• Knowledgeable with frameworks such as NIST 800-53 rev4 or 5, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, GDPR, COBIT
• Sound judgment and ability to maintain utmost confidentiality.
• Undergraduate degree is required.
