A company is looking for an Auditor Technical Trainer for Outpatient / Specialty Audits.Key Responsibilities : Develop technical training plans, deliver training sessions, and mentor team membersAssess customer / provider issues, monitor performance, and provide feedback on quality assurance controlsDevelop new concepts and processes, meet productivity standards, and collaborate with Data ServicesQualifications : Associate's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Nursing or Healthcare5-7 years of experience in claims auditing / quality assurance / recovery auditingCoding certification (CCS, CPC, etc.

required and maintainedExpert knowledge of ICD-9 / 10CM, MS-DRG, AP-DRG, and APR-DRG codingProficiency in healthcare auditing principles and technology applications
