Responsibilities :
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and prolong the life of hotel assets.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks and reorder as necessary to prevent service disruptions.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance or a closely related field.
- Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of home maintenance practices and procedures.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
- Strong maintenance experience and skills.

DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview is a 156-room full-service hotel located in the Riverview Square development, steps from Austin Peay State University and FM Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville, Tennessee.
It will comfortably accommodate groups of up to 250, and the meeting space features two ballrooms, a boardroom, and a breakout space, as well as an outdoor terrace.
