Job Title : PCB Design Engineer
Location : Middletown, PA 17057
Duration : 12 Months (Contract to Hire)
Pay Rate : $120-$140 Hourly on W2

We are looking for a talented PCB Design Engineer to join our innovative team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge electronic products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop PCB layouts from schematics using tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure designs meet functional and performance requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to design rules and best practices.
- Optimize PCB layouts for manufacturability and assembly.
- Perform testing and validation of prototypes to troubleshoot and refine designs.
- Document design processes and maintain component libraries.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, signal integrity, and thermal management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
