Pay : $16.50 per hour
Shift : 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm
Job Details :
As a Production Assembler, you'll work alongside a motivated team to ensure maximum productivity and quality. Your role is crucial in following and enforcing all safety and quality policies, as well as adhering to PPE / hygiene standards.
- Support Line Performance : Respectfully follow direction from all managers and supervisors
- Track Line Count : Keep accurate records to ensure smooth operations
- Continuous Improvement : Strive to improve in all areas of work
- Quality Assurance : Report any defective materials or questionable conditions
- Clean and Safe Workspace : Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow prescribed safety regulations
- Independence : Complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Data Entry : Update production numbers in the computer system; must be computer literate
Essential Duties :
- Build Lightray Equipment : LR3’s, LRI’s
- Soldering Experience : Focus on building light trains
- Versatility : Work at different stations building control boxes, reels, etc.
Minimum Skill Requirements :
- Education : High school diploma or GED
- Experience : 2-3 years of related experience preferred
- Age : Must be at least 18 years old
- Language : Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Reliability : Must be willing and able to work the entire schedule as we cannot accommodate partial shifts or early / late arrivals
- Math Skills : Must be able to count and perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
- Must Haves : Soldering, diagram, assembly, hand tools, and power tools experience
