Production Lead Oldsmar, FL
Shift : 1st Shift, 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay : $24 / hour + up to 15% annual bonus potential

What You Bring to the Table :
- Yellow Belt / Lean Six Sigma certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Preferred experience : Quality control, manufacturing, machine troubleshooting
- Excellent attention to detail and strong leadership skills
Your Responsibilities Include :
- Oversee production of polyimide tubing and ensure products meet customer requirements
- Train and guide operators, manage shift schedules, and resolve minor conflicts
- Conduct inspections, ensure quality, and report performance to management
- Maintain equipment, modify production parameters, and solve problems as needed
