Position : Print Production Associate

Location : Elmhurst, IL

Job Type : Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities : As a Print Production Associate at SourceOne Events, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our clients' events through the production of high-quality printed materials.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to :

• Setting up files for printing and ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Loading printers with substrates and operating various machinery and printers to produce digital prints.
• Conducting quality assurance checks on printed graphics to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Preparing and packing items for customer pick-up and shipping, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
• Collaborating with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency and safety.

Qualifications : To excel in this role, you will need :

• Previous experience in print production or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in setting up files for print using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to operate various printers and machinery effectively and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and packing procedures preferred.

Work Environment :

• Work is generally performed under office conditions.
• Work may involve repetitive motions such as typing or using fingers to grasp objects.
• Work involves occasional exertion of physical effort.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends at different locations.
• Requires ability to adapt to multiple settings and shifting responsibilities.

FLSA Classification : Full-Time / Exempt

Work Schedule : 40-hour per week minimum. Over time, nights and weekends required as needed due to workload.

Office Hours : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM, 30-minute lunch
