We are seeking an Automotive F&I Manager for our client a Outten Chevrolet of Allentown. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth.
You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.
We are looking for a good all-around finance and insurance manager who can multi-task and help grow the sales department.
The role requires an individual to prepare complete / correct paperwork AND have strong TO / F&I sales skills. Please be prepared to discuss past sales performance numbers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement F&I strategies that meet customer needs and maximize profitability.Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
- Train and mentor sales staff on the latest industry trends and regulations.Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, credit unions, and other finance sources.Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and lenders.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the F&I department and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
