We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager to become a part of the team!

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when a victim of sexual abuse has been identified
- Supervise other certified sexual abuse counselors or assistant managers
- Conduct training on sexual assault screening / recognition with agency staff and foster parents
- Ensure the agency is in compliance with the Office of Refugee Resettlement as regards with compliance with preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment
- Screen all Special Incidents and police reports related to sexual abuse or sexual harassment
- Ensure confidentiality of all complaint investigations and incidents
- Conduct Crisis Interventions with staff and service recipients
- Maintain Professionalism with employees, recipients, community contacts, and regulatory personnel
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree with major in social work or social welfare, marriage, family, and child counseling, counseling psychology, or equivalent
- Previous experience in social work, sexual abuse prevention, counseling, and abuse prevention a plus
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of abuse laws and protocol
- Ability to build rapport with victims
- Strong leadership qualities
- Experience coordinating and reporting with law enforcement agencies
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Previous counseling experience
- Experience with Conflict Resolution
- Telephone Etiquette
- Proofreading Skills
- Bilingual - Spanish / English
