Job Description
My client is looking for a Payroll Clerk to join a busy construction company in the Sacramento area. You will work alongside a group of professionals to compile and record employee times and payroll data;
compute employees' time worked. This is a temp-to-hire position with the potential to become a permanent employee.
Essential Duties :
- Enter payroll data into the payroll system.
- Review, edit, and calculate hours of work, timecards, and timesheets.
- Contact various department supervisors for any missed times, corrections, etc.
- Review and enter earnings into the payroll system.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED. Associate degree is preferred
- 1 to 3 years of Payroll or Accounting experience
- ADP Payroll software experience is a PLUS
- Excel software experience is a must / highly preferred Perks :

- $25 to $28 / hr
- Flexible start time and some overtime hours available!
