Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience.
Schedule : Monday - Friday On-Site
Weekend availability may be needed

As the Manager of Admissions, you'll lead our admissions team to success, ensuring smooth processes and outstanding customer experiences.

Collaboration is key in this roleyou'll work closely with peers and the Director of Admissions to ensure seamless coordination across all programs.

Responsibilities :
Maintain accountability for admissions metrics / KPIs, including the development of reporting tools and adherence to reporting cadence, as desired by leadership.
Ensure health of the admissions process and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of current processes and ability to function in all roles within the admissions department.
Collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate barriers in access to care.
Maintain consistent positive and rewarding experiences for all inquiries.
Respond to parent and referent inquiries, including any complaints.
Maintain 1 : 1 cadence with all direct reports.
Adhere to employee feedback through Peakon results, adjust as necessary.
Participate and drive the hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
May include travel to other company programs.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, required. Masters degree strongly preferred.
3+ years of experience in admissions required, 2+ years in leadership in admissions, preferred.
Strong clinical and assessment skills, insurance, and data admissions expert.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
