Job Summary : We are currently seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our dynamic team. The Project Executive will play a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple JOC projects, and large, complex construction projects from inception to completion.

This leadership position requires a strong background in managing a project management team, commercial construction, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to maintain client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities : · Project Oversight : Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. · Client Relations : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.

Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction. · Team Leadership : Direct, Oversee, and mentor project management team and other team members to ensure efficient project delivery.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met. Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

• Budget and Financial Management : Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting. Ensure financial performance aligns with company goals and manage any financial risks or issues.
• Contract Management : Assist with reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage any contract-related disputes.
• Quality Control : Must work closely with our QC / Operations Manager to implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Coordinate with QC / Operations Manager to ensure regular site visits and inspections are completed. · Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CMA, CCM) preferred. 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of managing multiple JOC projects and large, complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide project managers and staff. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and cost controls. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
