Fleet Support Specialist Intro
We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Support Specialist to join our team on a six-month contingent basis. The position will be responsible for managing vehicle registrations, ensuring that managers and drivers fulfill registration requirements, and handling incoming requests in the fleet services mailbox.
This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency and compliance of our fleet.
Fleet Support Specialist Job Details
Key Responsibilities :
Vehicle Registrations
- Oversee the registration process for all fleet vehicles
- Track and ensure timely renewals of vehicle registrations
- Oversee the change in registration of 70 vehicles, including gathering the necessary requirements from drivers and managers
- Follow up with managers and drivers to fulfill registration requirements
Fleet Services Mailbox
- Monitor and respond to incoming requests and queries in the fleet services mailbox
- Provide timely and accurate information and assistance to managers and drivers
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members as needed
Administrative Support
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to fleet management
- Support the fleet team with other tasks and projects as required
Fleet Support Specialist Mandatory Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Fleet Support Specialist Desired Skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field is a plus

Fleet Support Specialist Location
This is a contingent remote position for a duration of six months. The candidate must be able to work responsibly and independently in a remote environment.
Regular communication and coordination with the team will be required via virtual meetings, email, and other collaborative software.
