Responsibilities
I. Job Responsibilities
- End of Line 100% Inspection according to Work Instruction.
- Responsible for identifying reject and rework glass.
- Responsible for filling up the daily defect report.
- Responsible for data collection on the line.
- Perform any quality evaluation test of the glass and components.
- Stop the line according to the escalation process.
- Perform GP12 inspection and correct packaging of parts.
- Review the Shipping plan to define inspection priorities.
- Confirm labels required for shipment.
- Dock audit for shipment
- Assist on developments measuring and sorting.
- Rework of parts to meet customer specifications.
- Perform inventories.
- SCRAP evaluation and disposal.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Ability to lift 25 pounds repetitively for an 8-hour shift.
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
