Key Responsibilities :
- Job Description Development :
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to create detailed and accurate job descriptions for all positions within the organization.
Conduct thorough job analysis to understand the key responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for each role. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date, reflect the evolving needs of the organization, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Compensation Analysis :
- Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards and regional market trends.
Analyze internal salary structures and pay scales to ensure internal equity and alignment with organizational goals. Provide recommendations for adjustments to compensation packages based on market data, job complexity, and individual performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on job description development, compensation analysis, and HR consulting.
- Strong knowledge of job analysis techniques, compensation principles, and HR best practices.
- Experience conducting comprehensive compensation analysis, including market pricing, salary surveys, and internal pay equity reviews.
- Proven ability to develop accurate and detailed job descriptions that effectively communicate job roles, responsibilities, and qualifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating job roles and conducting job classification using established methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
