Air Distribution Corporation (ADC) is a manufacturer's representative of commercial HVAC products based in Brockton, MA. on the Holbrook / Brockton line.
ADC services the New England market by providing high-quality engineered products and services to engineers, contractors, architects, and business owners.
The company operates from a modern 60,000 sq ft facility with extensive inventory and a custom sheet metal shop for quick delivery and customer satisfaction.
We represent a complete line of Air-Side HVAC products which are sold to contractors throughout the area. We seek an Estimator to prepare project specific bid proposals of our product line.
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a HVAC Products Estimator at our Coprorate Headquaters.
Job Duties :
- Prepare equipment takeoffs of mechanical plans for assigned commercial projects.
- Review and interpret project related specifications.
- Make equipment selections using manufacturer based software.
- Prepare detailed project specific bid proposals.
- Conduct post bid follow up for specific projects.
- Provide job specific details to sales staff.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending manufacturer training seminars.
Qualifications :
- Technical Degree or 2 years of experience within HVAC industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi task within a fast paced work environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
