A company is looking for a VMS Pay and Bill Specialist to audit and resolve transactional issues related to time, pay, and billing for VMS clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee a portfolio of VMS clients, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and resolving discrepanciesPerform post pay / bill audits and partner with various teams to address outstanding discrepanciesMaintain accurate record keeping and reporting on progress and issuesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experienceIntermediate to advanced Excel expertise, including use of pivot tables and formulasExperience analyzing and organizing large data setsAbility to meet strict deadlines and prioritize efficientlyExperience using various technology platforms for decision-making
