Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related discipline required.
- 3+ years of experience with business systems supporting Freight Forwarding / 3PL
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with JIRA
- CargoWise, SAP experience

- Analyze business processes to implement technical solutions for our global platform
- Ensure the current technical solutions are aligned with business needs
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement
- Communicate between technical teams to execute product testing and release
- Collaborate with technical teams for business solutions
