Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Engineer position include :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in engineering / project management preferred
- Ability to travel to project sites, approximately 25% with some overnight travel
- Experience with land development and construction management preferred
- Experience with water and sewage systems preferred
- Proficiency in basic office software
- Manage land development projects from concept to construction completion
- Oversee capital improvement projects, including paving, drainage, and amenity additions
- Manage water and sewer line and treatment plant upgrade projects
- Assist with due diligence for commercial property acquisition
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
