Job Summary :

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and experienced CNAs Lead Caregiver to join our team. This is a full-time position, operating within the healthcare / medical industry and in the franchise sector.

The primary responsibility for this role is to provide high-quality care and support to our senior clients on the island of Oahu.

The ideal candidate will possess a CNA certification and previous experience in caregiving, while also exhibiting strong leadership skills to manage and guide our team of caregivers.

Workplace Selection : Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace / Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care, emotional support, and companionship to senior clients
• Perform daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation according to the client's dietary needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care services
• Supervise and train caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for our clients
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state regulations

Requirements :

• Current CNA certification in the state of Hawaii
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in caregiving, preferably with seniors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise caregivers
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding towards seniors
• Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
