Summary
You'll act as an Office Services member, assisting with the front desk, organizing conference rooms, and handling the upkeep of the office.
Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phones
- Manage office supplies and restocking
- Coordinate conference room setups for meetings and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and workspaces.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience in a similar position
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
