We are seeking a Business Analyst Intermediate for a very important client The Company's Corporate Compliance and Operational Risk (CCOR) Department is seeking a Project Manager / Business Lead to join the Monitoring and Testing Product Owner Team, which functions within the firm’s second line of defense and provides development and production support for MATT (Monitoring and Testing Tool) for all LOB’s and Corporate functions This position would be responsible for gathering business requirements, document via User Stories, create User Acceptance Test Scripts, perform User Acceptance Testing, provide Tool production support and administrative functions to transform and enhance the Tool for global use This position is an independent contributor role.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications : Ability to articulate and explain technical issues to the User communityStrong analytical and investigative skillsExperience and understanding of the Agile methodologyAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentAbility to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)Ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the corporate frameworkAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required Top Must Have skillsets : - Finance and compliance experience- Gathering business requirements- Worked in agile methodology framework- 5 plus years of experience- Strong data analytic experience- Excel skills - Need more business analyst role instead of tech writer- Some were very junior with very little experience.
