Field Sales Manager - Detroit - OTE $200k+
I am currently working with a Series A funded AI SaaS business to recruit a Field Sales Manager. The company sells a SaaS platform that is modernizing physical security with artificial intelligence, modern software, and data analytics.
The client has also just secured their Series A round of funding and have very ambitious growth plans for the next 12-24 months, so it is a great time to join the business.
you must have experience of in-field sales.
What will you be doing?
- Actively engage with end-user customers and potential channel partners to identify and manage sales opportunities
- Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to identify and qualify prospects ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, utilizing both direct and channel sales strategies
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify new prospects and maximize opportunities within your assigned region
- Meet and exceed activity metrics including days spent in the territory (traveling), customer visits, meetings / conversations, product demos, and proposal submissions
What skills do you need?
- Minimum of 3 years in software sales with a proven track record of managing and closing commercial and enterprise-level deals
- Familiarity with the physical security software ecosystem is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior managers and C-level executives, building strong relationships and understanding complex business needs
- Experience in developing effective sales presentations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com for territory and customer relationship management would be preferred
The role is paying OTE - $200k+plus package
