We are Seeking a motivated individual contributor to join an international company with growth opportunities.
The main role :
You will be reporting to the Site Controller based in Wayne, New Jersey USA and in interaction with all the organization functions, notably production, World Class Manufacturing (Operational Excellence), Supply Chain, Industry 4.0, Quality.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of accounting, controlling, Internal control, manufacturing, continuous improvement, information systems and Business intelligence.
You will be trained on plant controller routines based on internal financial information systems (QAD, DSS, Magnitude, etc).
You will work closely with the site controller and stakeholders on prompt analysis and templates to improve benchmarking and automation.
You will also be involved into the digital transformation of our business over the next two years, working on new reports, dashboard and automatic workflow customization in new applications such as Power BI, and other collaborative tools.
This role will help modernizing and optimizing the site financials’ ecosystem, with a strong accent on digitalization and communication.
Main responsibilities :
- Take part in the routine controller tasks (closing, reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecast internal control, etc.) and insure the availability and quality of the information, deadlines and accuracy.
- Support for digital implementation reports, automations, dashboard and workflow (Power BI, Power automates, etc.).
- Take part in the consolidation and analysis of Wayne facility budget and forecast.
- Support the site’s benchmarking, automation and continuous improvement of financial analysis and internal control.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

This is an on-site manufacturing role for 18 months, non-extendable.

- Master’s Degree in engineering, data analysis or from a Business School.
- Significant experience in Finance, Audit or Information Systems (relevant internships, projects...).
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience to obtain an 18 months’ visa.
- Autonomy, flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Demonstrate clear willingness and capability to learn.
- Ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex situations and problems.
- Strong communication skills and capacity to summarize and develop visual supports / graphs / dashboards.
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Databases, ERP ).
- Very people-oriented to interact with different teams on-site.
- Hands-on mindset, with an experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
