Job Summary

The Duluth Regional Outreach Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing regional outreach initiatives to promote Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge ("MnTC") programs and support organizational objectives. This role requires building and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, community partners, and key stakeholders while ensuring effective communication, reporting, and support for individuals seeking services.

Planning and Management :

• Contribute to the development of annual and quarterly Outreach plans to support MnTC's business and organizational objectives across the assigned region.
• Provide regional insights, news, and community needs to leadership to guide resource allocation and strategic initiatives.

Target Compensation (Negotiable based on qualifications) :

$55,000-$59,000 / year
