Position Overview
The General Technical Targeting Analyst (GTTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level.
He or she serves as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The expert TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Map technology ecosystems, supply chains, global technology standards
- Identify companies and capabilities of interest
- Review and exploit reporting across INTs to derive actionable leads
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
Required Skills
- Active Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent
- 12+ years of experience working in three or more of the following : analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming , hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation; and microelectronics
- 7+ cumulative years of experience with at least three of the following : SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, or OSINT collection capabilities and dissemination systems
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports;
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
- Understanding of supply chain and working with commercial partners
- Experience with commercial due diligence data
- Proficient with technical targeting tools and databases
Desired Skills
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space
